Following a long line of musical ground-breakers
from Orange County, California, that include The Offspring and No Doubt
just to name a few, the all-female quartet Pretty In Stereo, breaks
the confines of gender-labels in Rock music. The band delivers memorable,
emotionally-driven songs, equally melodic and undeniable to the ear.
Easily answering the eternal question of " Can girls rock ?," Pretty
In Stereo shames naysayers with hook-laden songs and an energy filled
stage presence, turning non-believers into fans with every listen.
Despite the musical appeal of Pretty In Stereo, the success of the band
resides in the individual strengths and upbringings of the band members.
Each member has had professional influence and training ranging from
musicians such as guitarist/vocalist Billy Gibbons (ZZ Top) to drummer
Rick Allen (Def Leppard). The band has also taken notes and worked with
established producers/composers such as Marcos Curiel (POD/Accident
Experiment), Jamie Houston (Macy Gray/Jessica Simpson), and Dave Hillis
(Pearl Jam/ Alice In Chains).

Although relatively fresh to the Los Angeles scene, Pretty In Stereo
has already garnered national attention which has created licensing
opportunities in film and television. Their track, " Forever in A Day,"
, was featured in TV Guide Channel's documentary about Kimberly Caldwell,
a finalist in the national phenomenon American Idol. They have also
had several songs placed in the hit A&E reality show "Rollergirls'.
MTV’s very own “Laguna Beach” picked up on the hype and featured “Okay”
in one of their episodes. Meanwhile, Pretty In Stereo are generating
substantial buzz on the web. Their break-out track "OCD" has been selected
as one of the five most downloaded songs on CNET's Rock charts and is
featured alongside noteworthy acts such as Green Day in the Rock section
of ArtistDirect's website. Guitar Player Magazine featured a full page
write-up on the band, and Alternative Press Magazine showcased the girls
in their "Unsigned Bands Of The Month" page. Both features generated
yet more interest from readers. Publicity on the web and favorable editorials
from Music Connection and Buzzplay have attracted new listeners to Pretty
In Stereo's own website, drawing thousands of hits each month and creating
invaluable exposure. A thirst for the band's music has been felt at
radio as well. Along with airplay on one of SoCal’s popular Alternative
radio stations, INDIE 103.1FM, the Inland Empire's KCXX 103.9FM has
especially taken a liking to the group. The station regularly presents
and promotes Pretty In Stereo across the southland and has even featured
